More frequent shipping updates would help with live creatures. It took a little longer than expected and I was concerned. I understand covid is slowing things down.

When I received my fish they looked good. Within a week they all perished. I had noticed some whit spots on them. I went to the pet store and they gave me medicine for them. But it was too late. I contacted customer service. I was asked a few questions and they asked for pictures of the perish fish. After supplying what they needed. They replaced all my fish and I only had to pay shipping. I am waiting on the new fish. I will watch them closely.

The selection and deals were outstanding! I’d give it a “5” but I didn’t like the fact that you have to sign up for another account to get tracking info. 7 business days would have been a Friday delivery but it came on TUESDAY instead! I was totally caught off guard!

All of but one of our cichlids arrived in great health, unfortunately one of the female peacocks was badly eaten up with fungus upon arrival however after about a week of treatment she managed to make a full recovery. Overall though the IFISH store is a great place to order African cichlids and all other aquatic life.

I give you guys an outstanding rate but shipping with UPS gave me a big hassle with the fish that 1 of the fish came dead. They l Kept making me go to different facilities for pick up when never I agreed to pick up. But I wish they all came alive. Discuss was too expensive to die over shipping.

One of the fish arrived extremely weak, it looked DOA. I was able to resuscitate it but now all the others are attacking it. I think because now it's still weak.

Great experience, fish arrived safe! One bag had leaked a little and I lost a fish same day, but 5 out of 6 is pretty good. I'd buy again
