Hi Steven; We are sorry you had to treat your Oranda for ick. Even though we treat our tanks, visually inspect our fish and quarantine them prior to shipment, ick is one of those illnesses that can go sight unseen until the fish is stressed. It can live undetected for a long period of time if the fish is not stressed, being fed a healthy diet and has no other issues. With that being said, we're glad you were able to successfully treat it and the other Orandas are doing well. Thank you for your feedback and your business.

Hello Sara; Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you were disappointed in the size of the plecos. They grow pretty quickly and we typically provide juveniles to keep pricing amenable. But more importantly, the clown plecos you ordered are dwarf plecos and only grow to 3.5-4 inch. If you would like something larger in another type of pleco and/or don't see anything in stock, please feel free to give us a call. We have worked with many customers to get them precisely what they are looking for. We hope you were at least pleased with the African Cichlids that you ordered and will consider returning again to The iFISHStore.

Hello Rick; Thanks for the feedback on the water leakage. We are certainly looking into this and have already instituted some changes in how we secure each bag which is then double bagged. Your statement about Discus not reaching full color until they mature is very accurate. Juvenile coloring is rarely as intense as what you will see once they have reached adulthood. The photos on our website are of full grown Discus so that you can see the actual coloration of that particular variety once full grown. We believe you'll find this to be the case with your Super Red. We think you'll be pleased with coloration once matured. We appreciate your business and certainly hope you will return to The iFISH Store.

Hi Marc; We're sorry your experience has been testing for you. You had ordered juvenile Discus and in our first email to you when you first inquired we had explained that they will still have juvenile color and won’t show adult coloring until they are 3-4 inches. We then asked for you to send a picture only because our packing/shipping system that we use to verify correct order shipment indicated we had sent the type of Discus you had ordered. We asked for the photo so we could see if it was in fact juvenile coloring we were dealing with here. We asked for the video because we simply couldn't draw any conclusions from the photo...mostly because it's hard to get a good photo of Discus; they're very camera shy. Is there any way you can take clearer photos since they are smaller in size and can be attached to email easily? We apologize for the inconvenience but have run into this issue before with juvenile Discus coloring. We certainly want you to be pleased with your order and if the case is that we did not send the correct Discus we want to rectify that on your end and also look into our system to see why that may have happened in the first place.
