I think this place is great. My discus that I ordered came on time and and all are in good health 2 weeks later. I only didn't give a 5 star because some are a little small and one type I ordered had to be changed. But otherwise very great service!

My fish are beautiful and doing great. They arrived very happy and didn’t show any signs of stress even ate later in the day! One or two of them were a little small for 2” discus. I definitely would and probably will order from the Ifishstore again.

The fish I purchased and received were healthy and beautiful but the only draw back was the way they were sent to me, each fish was bagged with so little water that they were laying on their sides to keep submerged. I would only purchase off this sight again if they could guaranty to fix this problem. All are alive and happy. I would add pics of received fish in their bags but it wont let me. There were not leaks in the bags. I was just surprised they weren't shipped with more water for the fish to be able to move around in and scared me a little that they were all on their sides. They are beautiful and healthy and happy in there forever home. Thank you for your responce

Hello Clayton; We're happy to hear your fish are healthy and you are pleased with their appearance. On the packing issue, we are consistent with our procedure and fill each inner bag with ~25% aquarium water and the remainder with air. This bag is then double bagged. In your case, we are wondering if you noticed any leakage into the outer bags. We like to keep track of these incidents so we can continually improve our packing process. If you are willing, it would be helpful if you can provide input on what you observed to us at [email protected]. As for your request on potential future orders, we can assure you that a very high percentage of our orders are shipped and received without experiencing this problem. At the same time we like to be made aware when a problem is spotted so we can continue to develop new packing methodology. Everything came in great my discus Was showing color straight out the bag and they start eating like crazy The next day. highly recommend buying from here. they do seem smaller then I though

1st time ordering from them. Fish came on time and looked great. Still alive the next day :) I order the 10 assorted Discus. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because they were all basically the same color. I really wish there were some blue ones. But that's what i get for just ordering the assorted i guess.

I was pleased with the exception of a few things. The order took longer than expected ( 2 days short of two weeks). I know the guarantee is for fish that arrive dead or die within a few hours. I had seven (7) die in the first two days so I didn’t bother trying to have them replaced. Fish were smaller than expected, most were just babies. Other than that I am satisfied, I’ll use again and recommend to others.
