I order 4 Fish from IFISH Store EXPECTING Good service from them..BUT when I received my order one fish was DEAD...I Follow all the Procedures to Claim the WARRANTY, But I NEVER'NEVER Hear from THEM..And According to THEM IN PAPER THE WARRANTY IS 100%.....Don't look good for the Business at ALL ....IF THEY CARE......

I introduced the fish into my tank as I believed the website saying they isolate fish to monitor for disease well I didn't follow my golden rule to solate on this side and guess what I had to treat my prize show tank for ICK!!!! I have had this 150 gallon tank for 10 years with no issues I am maticulas when it comes to taking care of it do not buy from this company all they want to do is ask you for your levels in your tank and how you introduced your new fish into the tank so they wont give you a refund I should send them a bill for the plants and fish that died on my side buyers beware read the reviews there is disease running rampant at this store!!!!!!!!!!!

Fish arrived with ICK this company wanted all information on my tank. I have had a 150 gallon peacock cichlid up and running for 10 years no issues what do ever!!! The mistake I made was trusting the process that is on their website of them isolating fish to check for disease prior to shipping so now I have introduced ICK into my beautiful show piece I'm very upset. Don't expect corporation with these people all they want is data as if accusing the customer if a wrong doing don't buy from them!!!

This is my first time owning a fish tank. I ordered 6 Discus from them, chose the colors, however, I did not receive the colors that I ordered. They are different colors. I was not home to receive them, my husband did. When I came home, I felt like something was wrong, however at the same time, I kept thinking maybe the colors will change eventually since they are still babies. One of them I ordered, they called me and said its out of stock. Instead they said I can wait or get a gold one. I said I will wait or if they have yellow, give me yellow. They claimed that they call the yellow color one gold. I said they can send it as long as its yellow color or I will just wait for the one I ordered. They sent the "yellow" but I don't see any yellow. Its straight up white. I googled and its called pearl white discus. Also the other two I ordered were (marlboro red and red melon), But they sent 2 of the same orange or very very fade red color. So I am not sure what is going on as I am new to keeping discuss. This is my first time ever buying it. I wish I could post pics here.
