I first ordered 6 peacock cichlids from them..they came threw mail in poor condition. 2 was dead on arrival 2,was half dead, 2 was good condition. They came in separate bags.i have 4 fish out of the 6 doing very well and healthy..well the store was very professional and replace my 2 fish no problem..the only problem I have the delivery fee.they do not cover delivery costs ..even tho my fish came in dead,but the store is great.i will order from them again

This store was AMAZING. The fish arrived, the instructions were easy to understand and my fish are thriving in their new home. I wont go anywhere else for fish.

I have purchased from them several times and I can honestly say they have always sent me healthy fishes every time. They do a great job picking out the most colorful fishes as well as the biggest fishes they can send within the price paid for the fish. Several times they have surprised me with a fish or two that were bigger then what I was expecting, definitely bigger then what was paid for. I placed an order several days before thanksgiving knowing I would more then likely receive them after thanksgiving but I asked if they can at least try to get them to me before thanksgiving. To my surprise Valerie made it happen for me. She called me to let me know she didn’t feel comfortable sending me one of the fishes I chose and she wanted to make sure they were all fully healthy. I chose a replacement and I received them the next day in time for thanksgiving. They care they make an effort to accommodate your needs and they have great pricing as well as shipping price. Only negative is they don’t have many options on cichlids but I imagine that is why they are able to supply customers with healthy fishes.

This my first time ordering fish online the experience was great my order came fast and packed very well. I order 4 cichlid fish 1 of the 4 fish (strawberry peacock) not looking so healthy .but the other 3 are great colors are vibrant. Over all great experience thank you IFISH.

The fish had exceptional color and were very healthy. We ordered over 20 fish and are happy with our tank. Customer service was quick to respond to questions.
