Very nice team to work with. On prior order had dead fish on arrival. IFish refunded hastle free. My last order had a shipping delay with tenps in the low 30's. I figured fish were toast. All 17 fish arrived alive and weeks later all ate thriving.

The fish are beautiful, can’t get fish like these at our local fish shop. Will buy from here again. Fed Ex dropped the ball for shipping. The box was clearly marked live fish and Priority Next Day delivery. I did not get my package on the next day as expected. Fed Ex kept the package on their truck an extra night in sub 30 degree weather, even after calling 3 times to track my package. They told me all 3 times it was out for delivery and I would get it by the end of the day, then they just didn’t deliver it and kept it another night. Not happy about the shipping.

Great fish Great service I placed 2 orders first order FedEx dropped the ball ended up with some frozen fish called as soon as my order came and e mailed the store a picture of the ones that didn't make it they resent all new fish the second order came on time and the fish are amazing will be doing a lot more business with this store...
