I got the fish on time and they Art healthy
I got the fish on time but they don't look Like the fish in pictures they advertise. I ordered two Marboro red discuss. The ones I received are orange color, I oedered two golden (yellow) disscuss, The ones I received are while and look like one inch Nite from inches. I ordered from. Diamond blue discuss, iFish sent me two dark blues, finally I ordered a snake skin discuss, iFishsent me a cobal blue. I contacted them and was told that these Fish are Joe fully developed The color will change.

Hello Ali; Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that you are not pleased with your Discus. However, we stand by the response we gave you in a previous communication. Discerning the different strains of Juvenile Discus can be challenging for many because juvenile color can be very muted. The fish you ordered were in fact Juveniles and thus still have juvenile color. You will not see their full coloration until they grow to 3-4 inches. The photos on our site are of adult fish that have been held at optimum tank parameters and fed a healthy diet. That is how we get them to display their very brilliant and distinctive colors. In addition, they can sometimes lose or alter color as a result of stress during shipping. Color will typically return after 24 hours. So when you received your fish, your reaction to coloration was understandable but trust us when we say that maintaining proper tank parameters and a healthy diet, your Discus will display the colors and patterns of their individual strains. Again, we are genuinely sorry that you're disappointed and at the same time are confident we delivered healthy juvenile fish.

One of my clownfish died day 3
One of my clownfish died day 3. Was clearly a runt and probably shouldn’t have been included. The rest are doing well and look great!

This is the third time buying for the store My Fish Then doing great healthy but... My last order Only one survive the other Die and one week... I text my water And everything is fine I change my water Weekly....

Hello Kim; We're sorry you were disappointed in the size of your plecos. We list them as 2 inches. We do have 4 and 6 inch available which may be closer to what you were looking for?

10 assorted Discus is misleading
I ordered a 10 pack of assorted discus. The fish arrived in good condition and I don't see any issues as of yet (just got them today). I feel the word assorted is misleading. Of the 10 fish I ordered I only have 3 variations of the numerous assortment of options. I feel kind of cheated.

Hello Elaine; We typically shoot for a pretty wide variation of colors and varieties. As juveniles their true distinctive colors and patterns are not fully formed yet. We certainly don't want you to feel cheated. If you wish to discuss this further, perhaps you might consider sending a photo and letting us know which varieties you believe you received to [email protected]. one discus died shortly after it was…
one discus died shortly after it was put in an isolation tank. All the fish were about quarter coin size, not the 2 to 2.5 inches advertised

Hello John, Our juvenile Discus are listed as 1.5 -2 inches and can range anywhere in that size range. We're sorry you were disappointed in their size. With a healthy diet including frozen blood worms they grow quickly and display their brilliant and distinctive colors. Beyond our Live Arrival Guarantee, we will typically work with our customers that experience a fish perishing shortly after acclimation. When notified, we will need to know the appearance and behavior of the fish as well as the tank parameters and tank mates. A photo also helps. We make every effort to rectify the situation so your overall experience with us a good one. Takes a few weeks to get fish you…
Takes a few weeks to get fish you order. I’ve ordered twice and both times lost a fish within a day.

Hello Kevin; Thank you for your feedback. It’s troubling to hear that with both orders you lost a fish within a day. We really like to follow up with our customers in these situations to better understand the cause and hopefully fix it. At this point, if you would be willing to provide us with info on the fish that perished including behavior and appearance pre- and post-acclimation as well as tank parameters and tank mates, that would be a big help. You can send this info to us at [email protected]. We typically rely on our customers to notify us immediately when this happens so we can look into it in a more timely manner. We do have a Live Arrival Guarantee and still have worked with our customers when their fish perish so soon after arrival. Just to offer an explanation of our shipping schedule....the timing on receiving your fish is affected by when the order is placed, the 24-48 hour quarantine and the fact that we only ship on Mon, Tues or Wed, whichever comes first after the quarantine period. We do ship via UPS Next Day Air to minimize the amount of time the fish spend in shipment. We hope you’ll consider sharing some info on the perished fish and again, we thank you for your feedback.
