Doa fish
Fish doa and 1 died 3 days later from fungus that came on the fish would not recommend or buy from them again

Hello Joseph, Two items to address here. We have a Live Arrival Guarantee where our customers have the choice of a refund or credit toward a future purchase. Per your request we have already sent a refund for the Discus which perished during shipment. We would like a bit more background on the fungus that appeared to be present on the Discus which perished a few days later since all fish are quarantined for 24-48 hours prior to shipping and no fungus was observed at the time of packing. Since you received 6 different Discus in total, we were wondering which Discus appeared to have the fungus and if you could provide a bit more info in which Discus appeared to have the fungus and general appearance and location of the fungus on the Discus. We really attempt to see all things through when customers don't seem to be satisfied with their order so thank you for your feedback.

Missing Fish then when I call them back…
Missing Fish then when I call them back they send me different kind ,not sure they check before they send my fish, I wrote few email to make sure they got my order riight , Still no luck, They didn't send my fish the date they said they were going to send me where as I took day off for fish. When I email at the end of the day they said it will be send next week . They didn't even bother to email me before hand and let me know .Which cost me my work day and money,

Pretty colors. Too small and not hearty
They have a nice selection for sure. When the 20% offer was active or the buy 5 get the 6th free, seemed like a good deal. I’ve purchased over 30-40 fish from them. The last batch of turquoise and snake skins was horrible. They almost all died (1 snake skin made it). They were shipped WAY smaller than advertised too. Tank conditions were optimal... After reply: Yeah there is no point contacting after the 24 hour period. Sick or weak fish rarely die within that window. They never snap out of their induced lethargic state and slowly darken and die. No guarantee to execute after 24 hours, so what good would fussing do. I don’t need someone to say “oh that’s unfortunate, but after 24 hours, there is no consumer protection”. That would just irritate the tar out of me. I just uprooted my business elsewhere. I don’t like seeing fish die. It’s sad.

Some fish made it healthy...but 2 came…
Some fish made it healthy...but 2 came in almost dead. I can't even say its DOA because they are not dead...but in very bad shape. First time buying from here and very disappointed.

I bought 5 small discus
I bought 5 small discus. I ordered 1 snakeskin which I received, 1 blue diamond which I received, 1 yellow marlboro which I received. I also ordered a Super Red which I got in its place another yellow marlboro, and 1 pigeon blood which I got in its place still another yellow marlboro discus. I told Frank about this and he never responded, I had his phone number and sent him pictures of the mistake he made, and still no response so I let it go as I figured there was nothing that could be done, and I certainly wasn't going to pay for shipping to ship back the other two mistakes.

First thing was my payment was borked…
First thing was my payment was borked on the clients end. Second, I get an email stating that my order is ready. 4 days later no fish. Then I call them direct. Thats when they tell me my payment never went through. But yet I got an email saying my fish are ready for shipment. So I was upset. Fish I bought were on sale. Well I missed out on sale price and was then charged full price. Won't recommend them to anyone.
