Thank u sooooooo much for my beautiful fish... They all look great!! Frank u def hooked me up with the two loaches... Big n beautiful.. I had no idea they were that costly.. n u gave me a break on them... U def did me a solid!! Thank u!! Mary thank u for the call, n the hello Wayne! It put a smile on my face!! It was nice talking to u... Valerie, thank u for reaching out to me n following up on my emails, I mean the same day... holysh*t... so nice :-) Please thank the team for their hard work n great selections, it is always appreciated. I have bought many fish from iFish over the past few years, n have always been pleased. I follow their acclimation directions every time n find it unique n fun. They are def onto something. From the first time I spoke to Frank on the phone, n other team members after, I felt like part of the iFish family. Kind, courteous, n fun to talk to is how I would describe Frank n the girls. That being said, I was a little disappointed to see that shipping fees have gone up. BUT we all know who is to blame for every price increase in the country, n his name is Joe not Frank... From gas, to food, to every small business in America.. "LETS GO BRANDON" Other fish stores may advertise free shipping once u spend a certain amount, or a little less then iFish but the price of their fish is twice as much. With the quality of fish, n the wonderful customer service, pretty sure The iFish Store is the best bet for your hard earned money.... Customer service... On a scale of 1 - 10... I give iFish a 12 !!
