Outstanding Customer Service

I had a great experience with this company. I asked someone from the store via email if I could have my fish delivered on a Tuesday to ensure they would arrive while I was at home. I received an email right away from a lady named Valerie. She was very helpful and made sure they arrived at my convenience. All of my fish except one survived after putting them in the tank, which was better than expected, especially after the stress of being shipped.

We were initially shocked that shipping cost so much but after receiving the package, we understand why! The fish were all individually bagged in double bags, perfectly packed in styrofoam, and so neatly tucked in the cooler that there was little room to move around. We will definitely order from here again!

Fish arrived individually bagged and in good health! I followed instructions on tank introduction and all have remained in good health now a month after arrival. All were beautiful fish and matched pictures provided except one. I contacted company, got great customer service, and was told the fish would match once he grew some and he has. Five star company!!

We have been very pleased with the fish we received. Before ordering we contacted the store by email and they helped answer our questions and concerns. Customer service was way beyond our expectations. Unfortunately one didn’t survive the trip. Ifish was very helpful and handle the situation very quickly. Refund was requested and was applied to our account quickly. Highly recommend.

About a month ago I ordered 10 different tropical fish from iFish. I had a couple questions regarding the water pH and they replied right away. The fish shipped right on time and I made sure I was home to bring them in within minutes of their delivery via Fedex. I followed their acclimation instructions, and every fish was healthy and is enjoying life in their new home. I would definitely order from iFish again.

My first time purchasing live fish online. I won't consider buying anywhere else. The fish were delivered as promised. Its been about a month now and all the fish are bright and beautiful, happy and always excited.
