I was sent expired shisha! Worse experience. Definitely give this site a 0 out of 5

The hookah shaft was with a scratch. All tobaccos are expired. Phone calls are not answered.

No respondían a los mail, pague un servicio urgente y enviaron dos paquetes por separado, y solo llegó a su tiempo. El otro tardo casi 1 semana mas. Pésimo servicio. Ya tengo una tienda cerca perfecta.

Half of the order had expired products. No confidence to buy again.

I placed an order using only my given name and the guys from bluecheck told me that I have to talk to the store directly and ask them to add my surname as well in order to confirm my age. I send them more than 5 mails and at least 10 calls but no sign from this store. Worst experience I had…probably not gonna order from here again!!!!

I order 3 flowers from the website Flover I love the most and the website said it's available after I bought them they reach out to me and said they were out of stock and that I need to change my order so I different flower. then I picked 1 flover and I thought they will send me the other flover. Actually, they send me 2 of the same flover, and 1 I picked is right. I reach back to them and tell them I do not want the 2 flover you guys sent they said we will send them the label back sadly no one send me anything . so I lost $100 in the trash.

Bad website experience, "restocking fee" for unopened items that would literally fit in one hand + charging me for shipping. Would rather smoke the shisha I don't care for that was purchased on accident than do business with The Hookah Lab ever again.
