Hi there! Thank you so much for your feedback and kind words — we're thrilled to hear you love your Wookah hookah set! 😊 We totally understand your expectations regarding the hookah bowl. Some of our sets don’t include it by default, and we’ll work on making that clearer in the product descriptions to avoid any confusion in the future. We really appreciate your support and are glad you’re enjoying your new setup. If there’s anything else we can do for you or if you'd like help picking out the perfect bowl to complete your set, just let us know!

Good experience as usual.
Good experience as usual. One point to work on: I received an email that was supposed to contain a discount code, but with no code. You might want to doublecheck your systems.

Make sure that you wrote the full address because the post office will return the order!
There were problems with delivery, no one warned me and they also took a long time to answer, but the product is of excellent quality! Thank you!

The Age verification thing is annoying…
The Age verification thing is annoying and should only be applied to orders local to US if it's there for legal reasons.

I would've given you 5☆ if it wasn't…
I would've given you 5☆ if it wasn't for the inadequate age check which came after the money was collected. Age checks should by rule come before the payment. That would simplify the transaction.
