This company is a complete ripoff. Honest Kitchen ya right, how about Lying Kitchen. This place is a scam, product is garbage. I ordered some product from Revu as part of a promotion, and they denied my promotion without any reason, but they kept my money for their garbage product.

Very disappointing dog food, don't recomend to anyone. I started buying it, got my dog used to it, and now not able to find the same packages anymore. They keep changing the formula, changing the packaging, and the pebbles are not available anymore. It's a very confusing and unstable situation, and the company has too much confusion, offering no stability

in 2026, they have trippled their price for no reason. Exploitative. It costs me less to make food with grass fed beef, organic vegetables and fruits, and organic quinoa.

Save your money. The freeze dried food was crumbled into powder when I opened the bag. At let ¼ of the bag had disintegrated. Dogs don't eat powder! When I called I was told they were getting new machinery and the problem would be corrected in a few weeks-- then I saw a review citing the same issue-- it was dated 4 years ago!! Really?? Don't waste your money!

First time customers-third of the Chicken small bites Whole grain Chicken and Oates formula kibble was dust -not safe for any dog to eat choking dust or extremely small pieces…contacted customer service gave all requested info to them and never heard from them again! We then requested a refund and radio silence…I guess they really don’t care… we changed food immediately and will never purchased from The Dishonest Kitchen.

There was a glitch in their system, which resulted in them charging my card and shipping me 2 orders I did not place. I emailed them immediately when I got the emails of orders being placed. They said they would try to cancel them. Then I got emails that the orders shipped. Now they are trying to get Fed ex to return them to them instead of sending them to me. But they refuse to refund me until they have the packages in their warehouse. It's ridiculous that I'm out a couple hundred dollars now because of their mistake. Good customer west I've would refund immediately and then deal with THEIR mistake. I will not be ordering their food any longer.

What have they done to the bone broth bites. Dog no longer likes them. They look different…color wise and texture wise. He spits them out now.
