Pleasant smelling, but expensive.
Although a pleasant smelling store and a relaively friendly proprietor, this place charges far more than I wish to spend. A small vial of lavender which I use for insomnia issues was $38. I brought this up via email with the proprietor and she insisted that was their price. I shall order it off the internet in the future.

Our price is less than the retail price when purchasing from DoTerra. If you did not want that brand, or want to pay that price, you did not have to. We are sorry that you felt the price of the lavender essential oil was too high, but we appreciate that you came in and noted that our shop smelled pleasant, and that we were relatively friendly.
