IHCReviews of thehempcollect.com

Took a week to ship but its finally with usps now.

Solid products, but the shipping times can vary from days to weeks lately. If you ask about the shipments, you get a email reply with nothing but excuses. Avoid until they hire help.

The BEST products, great company, great service, easy website. Have ordered multiple times and also buy their products locally. I stopped shopping around or going anywhere else and only buy from these guys.

A side from having great products(gummies) by FAR the best customer service from any other company I had previously tried. Customer service rep CZ was great, answer all of my questions, was very patient and professional..

I’m a first time customer and the products here are great! I ordered a 3G Black Sheep Blue Cookies pod refill and got a handwritten thank you note and a freebie. Respect

My product was defective and the shop I purchased it from would not give me a replacement. I reached out to the customer care team and they were very polite. I sent a video of the defective product and had a brand new one delivered 2 days later. There was an actual handwritten note and a cute magnet sent with it as well. That note made my day! As a person that has since retired from retail, Thank yall for having such great customer service.

First time customer, received my order today and I couldn't be more pleased by the product and they threw in a couple of freebies. Hand written thank you as well, that's always a great sign. Thanks hempcollect and modern herb co! I will repeat, check them out if you're looking for quality in all aspects.

Quality products! I mainly use pods due to always being on the go in my day-to-day life. That being said, I ordered online at the Hemp Collect for the first time after purchasing Mountain Herb Co. pods in-store from my local dispensary for a little under a year now. This time around, I got the Black Sheep pods Lemon Diesel and Blue Cookies. Both the BS and MHC pods are a smooth pull and don't irritate my throat like flower does. You do still get that lil cough at the end, but yet again, it's almost nothing in comparison. That...might just be a skill issue on that one, lol. User error. The flavors are also very nice in comparison to other brands I've tried. It doesn't taste like someone who smelled cannabis in their past life tried to, in this life, recreate it as a flavor without ever actually trying it (i.e. yucky, unimpressive, artificial and vile). Instead, the taste is pleasant, unoffensive to the palate, and natural, like Gaia intended. When opening my package, I received two free samples and a hand written thank you note on the receipt. Knowing I'm supporting a business that actually gets involved with their customers is reassuring. Overall, I'm loyal to a fault. Genuinely, 10/10. Love these guys!
