Took a week to ship but its finally with usps now.

This is my first order, shipping was fast and I was surprised to see samples included which is great for return business! Once I placed my order the charge on my card showed “The Hemp Collect” instead of “IHC LLC” not sure what happened there. I’m looking forward to trying my first order and the samples!

Was an overall positive experience both times I’ve received something. The products, the tincture and a vape pen, were excellent. The taste was phenomenal. Customer service was lacking, but it’s all good.

I found the Live Resin products to be very tasty and potent. I tried the OG Kush and Garlic Jam D8 disposables and liked both of them. However, my Garlic Jam clogged really bad and started leaking. I notified The Hemp Collect and it eventually replaced my disposable with some freebies and a discount code. Once I'm ready to purchase again I will buy from Modern Herb Co. I also tried the knockout gummies and thought they were good and gave a full body effect. I appreciate the organic product and the taste. I can't wait to try out some other strains.

Love the product results. The taste of the Delta 8 is really "weedy" tasting. Not the best I ever tasted, but good for the price. Delta 9 tastes way better. But they are more expensive. So...it about evens out as far as taste. As far as effect, they are both top shelf. I am 60 and never smoked weed so I didnt know what to try. The 9 I only take half and the 8 I take whole. Neither make me feel like I am "stoned out of my mind". Just a nice comfortable high. LOVE your customer service. Von was very informative, nice, alot of info. And never rushed me because I am new to this and had a lot of questions. She was really patient and actually got me to try Delta 9. So I bought both. Also, not sure of the exact date I called.
