Super awesome customer service - my questions were answered in less than 24 hours. My order shipped in 12 hours and I received it 3 days later even with free shipping. Product was exactly as described and prices were phenomenal. Will come back here next time I need CBD flower for sure!!!

This was my first time using CBD, and these products have been life changing for me! I feel better, I sleep better, and overall my quality of life is better. And the customer service is outstanding! My initial package included hand written descriptions of each product, including when and why to use each one. They even included complimentary upgraded product sizes!! I’m definitely a customer for life!!

My experience with The Hemp Collect (THC), was positive. The site is easily navigated, the bargains available were impressive. Shipping went like clockwork. The product, hand rolled moon rocks, with terpines. This was a new form of cannabis to me. But I have experiences in the past that helped. The moon rocks look like blond hash to me, and behave a bit like black hash. They smoke well (traditional pipe) when treated in that manner. I found this product to be delightful. I felt a mindset that was characterized by an active, alert, contentment. This product, similar to most Delta 8 THC treated bud, is somewhat harsh. A bubbler and smaller hits take care of that. I would recommend THC to another, without a moments hesitation.

You take a week to even ship out my order and only ship half of it. Terrible,

Ryan we are sorry this was not a 5 star experience for you. This item was on backorder due to a large sale that put us out of stock. We work hard to keep items in stock and 99% of the time we ship within 24 hours. This was an outlier experience and we would love to have an opportunity to show you this is the case. Please reach out to our support team so we can discuss this (if you are open to it. Thank you!): 503-438-6783.
