Hi Bill- this is such a bummer to read! Im the founder and we have been in the open market space since it began in 2018 and before that we were in cannabis. I can assure you we are one of the highest quality companies in this space and the way we harvest and make our live resin is above even the standards of dispensary grade products. In blind tests many times over our products have won out dispensary and competing brands in our space on both flavor and effects. In addition to whats inside- our hardware is the best in the industry. We spend a lot of time validating our hardware to ensure the best across the important factors including having the lowest fail rates, safe metals and all the other specs that matter. I can assure you CZ is passionate about his role in customer satisfaction and you can read reviews to see the level of care he brings our community. If the cold pack was missed this was an accident which is rare but can happen and for that- Im truly sorry we missed an opportunity to wow you.
