Gloria B.
After 2 months in the program
Coming into the program I was already disciplined in movement & enjoy working out. Sleep & stress management was good since I have great support from my husband, godly friendships & Bible study group. I was interested in the program because I am pre diabetes, & in menopause & gain 20 lbs the last 5 years. Could not lose any weight. I tried to eat healthy but enjoyed fast foods too. I thought the no sugar & no dairy & no fast fried food was going to be hard. It actually wasn’t bad. Planning meals & snack is helpful. The biggest change for me is to make nourishing meals. I was taking plenty of quality supplements. I know they were helpful but I cannot out supplement a poor diet. The program is very costly & am thankful that I am in season in my life to be able to pay for it & to put in the time to learn. Things I love about the program -I’ve lost 7 lbs in the fist 2 months of the program!! - Having my own nutritional practitioner, Savannah is a great help!! - Facebook group is super helpful - Love how easy it is to go through the lessons and to be able to stop & find where I left off -Love the Call Recordings Improvements -would love to have a check off of what coaching calls I have already seen. Also to be able to ⭐️or ❤️ a favorite one to watch again!

Hi Gloria, We were so encouraged to read about your experience and the progress you've made in just the first two months of the program. It was especially meaningful to hear how you approached the program with a strong foundation in movement, stress management, and healthy habits, while remaining open to learning new ways to support your health.
