Had issues with sizes. Issues with billing. Issues with pickup of shirts that were sized wrong. All-in-all, not a real pleasant experience.

Lots and lots of problems, too numerous to describe here. My order was incorrect with misspelled names on my shirts, my order arrived late, so we didn't have all of our team shirts in time for our competition, and when we reordered the shirts that had misspelled names, we were charged for the new shirts! When we tried to change vendors, we were told that we couldn't have our logo files, and after we fought tooth and nail to get them, they were sent to us via email in locked files or unreadable formats that our new vendor could not use. Overall, a super negative experience. Although no one was ever rude to me, it was a huge time sink just to get what we needed for my team, and overall, it was very frustrating. The staff did try to make it right in the end, but it was too little, too late for me!

Local rep responded at midnight or 1am, didn't do much for answering questions at that time. I found working directly with Iowa crew I got problems fixed in a timely fashion. Quality was not originally up to normal expectations but that was fixed by second order. Time frame on order was disappointing, not the usual service I get from Graphic Edge.

Although I was satisfied the overall products we received, the customer service was TERRIBLE!! Completely unacceptable, and rude conduct by the staff. I had to call several times and there is only ONE time that I can recall that customer service was actually helpful and served. This is hands down the worse experience I've had. I am an administrator for a basketball team and I purchased several, mid priced items from Graphic Edge. We will not be using Graphic Edge in the future.

Karol is amazing to work with. I have had nothing but a great experience. Karol does an excellent job of answering all my questions and my orders are on time and it is easy to meet my deadline requirements. The graphic artist, not sure who they are or how many they are...they are talented. I can usually get it started with a design concept and they always have come thru with the design the way I wanted it. I make several tweaks to make it 'just' right and it is really a huge selling point to me that they give me the design that I want. They have always came thru. I have worked with several other companies and have a vast experience and The Graphic Edge is my go to company. The ability to do a reorder within 2 weeks is huge saver for those late signups, order mistakes or bad sizes. Thanks
