Did not get the right shorts from Under Armour on Varsity order. One of the warm up jackets was ripped when received from Under Armour. Bill is good at his job. I like Tyler in the art dept.

Shirts look great

It was difficult to determine how the logo would look on the actual shirt. It would be nice to see both, not just the logo separately when previewing for approval. It's a little bit too large for what we prefer, but now know for the next purchase.

When placing an order of a design that you have in stockart, the process is pretty simple. Although, I find that if you are creating new art, the quality has decreased over the past couple of years. It's quite clear sometimes that the art I have received back has obvious issues that the art group didn't take time to provide their personal touch with. I think they could take more time to make the experience better. I also would find it much more helpful if we could see history of our orders online vs. the email trails. On a side note, representatives have always been nice and professional.

Had some issues with the ordering process. The samples we got were different than what we received. They did make it right in the end, but had some billing issues that had to be resolved.

The products were great, but I was not happy that the shorts and shirts that I ordered in a combo set came in and were different shades of navy blue. I understand that they are from different companies, but my salesman suggested going with both being navy, and not other colors.

We have had the shirts, about 200 per year, for our track meet printed using Graphics Edge for at least a decade. They have used the same graphic (which I believe that they originally designed and it is really cool) year to year and only had to change the number on the design. I wanted something different for this years shirt so I gave them a school logo to work with. It took awhile for them to send the new graphic to me. When I got it, it was not very interesting and did not look like much effort had gone into it. It also did not help that the price was slightly higher than another company's. So, for now we have switched.

Uniforms were received in a reasonable time. However, the front logo was not sized differently between youth and adult jerseys which made it very small on adult jerseys. Received 1st order of pants extremely quick due to drop shipment but they forgot to have 2nd order done that way so it took longer than expected.
