So my 7yr old son and I designed a sweatshirt he really wanted for Christmas. We used 2 colors and it was very simple. It was a town and the name of the town mascot, along with one logo of a baseball player. That was it. So I get a quote for $60 and I thought that's pretty expensive, but because I'm only ordering 1 shirt and they usually deal in bulk, okay I get it. So the next day I go to order and the price changed. Now it's $96.00...!!! I'm like, uhhhwtf. I call them and the rep says to me, "well you're only ordering 1, so it's pretty reasonable." I said, "have you ever been in a clothing store or gone to an outlet?" I mean seriously? 96.00 dollars for 1 sweatshirt with a very minimal design? I made the same sweatshirt on two other sites and they were both asking the same price....which was $60.00. So now I know I'm getting scammed. The price was 60 yesterday and today it's 96? No way! First of all, anyone would have to be out of there minds to pay that. Secondly, the rep said she would change the shipping option from UPS to USPS and I would have to pick it up at the post office and in the process, she would save me $3.00. So she says, "there, that's better." Lol. Don't do me any favors Graphic Edge....That's a slap in the face if you ask me. Now for anyone who thinks 96 is reasonable, then you must be rich.

The products are good, however my sales rep was very hard to communicate with and there were a lot of mistakes made. I hope to have a better experience with future purchases or I will go elsewhere.

Shipment to Hawaii was abit strange. Website said free ship. So, package was sent to California via UPS then UPS dropped off to Post Office then sent snail mail. Shipping will take about a month. Still havent gotten products. Firm needs to work on being efficient and dependable.

When a bill is sent or money has been accepted via credit card, the items should not take over a month to get in. Promo gear should be honored, as this is a huge reason that contracts were issued. At one time, promo was never a problem. Now it seems that it takes forever to get promo items in.

Coukd not provide what I neded

While I feel The Graphic Edge is a good company, my most recent experience was troubling. First, the customer service rep would not allow me to order 2 blank shirts along with a dozen embroidered shirts. If I pay the same price, why not because they would do less work? Issue #2, the shirts were requested to be delivered in a certain date range (plenty of time) because I would be out of town. They were delivered 4 days early so I was out of town (not good) and then they delivered to the wrong address by sending to my PO Box rather than my physical address as requested in writing! Now I have to go to UPS to pick them up and spend an hour driving. So, in short, while the embroidery is usually fine (I haven't seen this order because I have to drive an hour to pick it up at UPS center), their customer service people need some work. Contempt for the customer is not a good thing. Ultimately, after complaining, I did get the two blank shirts (paid same price as embroidered ones); but I am sure that my order being sent to the wrong address as sort of a "thanks for complaining" punishment. I would have given them 1 star except that one of their employees really did try to help...

Lots of options to choose from for clothing styles and brands. Many designs to choose from as well. Clothing is of good quality and lasts a long time. However, I had to contact the company the last couple years to get my order moving so I had it in time for my season. This year, clothing was put on the orders but then was out of stock when the order was done. Some items were replaced with different items that were in stock (different model of that item). This was a very confusing and time consuming situation. Also, once orders are made they can't be changed. To change the order it's a very difficult-have to cancel the whole order and reorder the items you would like. To add an item, you have to order the item and pay the full shipping price again.

I ordered about 15 sweatshirts from this company. I had to call them about 20 times throughout the whole process because they kept messing it up. I had to call about 10 times to make sure that everything was correct. When I recieved my sweatshirts almost half of them had the wrong sizes or wrong names/numbers. So I had to call another couple of times to let them know what was going on and to double check everything once again. Although some people I talked to were nice, most of them were very rude and not willing to help. The sweatshirts were a nice material, but when I designed the front of it, it came out as a different size I was not expecting. I wouldn't say to not order from this company, but definitely make sure they know what you want and how you want it.
