Shirts are not true to Size. Sweater was very small. It was taken care of, but it took a long time. I also was not reimbursed for the price difference from the first sweater I ordered to the replacement.

I have ordered camp gear and uniforms for many years from the Graphic Edge. The product I get can be purchased at many other sources but the reason I keep purchasing from The Graphic Edge is the Service both before and after the Sale. Bill Beck is the Man when it comes to taking care of customers. Pricing is very competitive but the service is second to none.

a lot of the shoes size were actually accurate I had to order twice plus pay for shipping and handling even though I talk to your customer service which stated shoes would fit but was not true

The Graphic Edge has always been wonderful to work with. Even on short deadlines they find a way to get things done on time. The people I have worked with on orders have always been very helpful and pleasant.

We had ordered state champion jackets(Turners Falls, MA) with help from the local rep. We have ordered basketball uniforms as well as softball uniforms in the past and softball pants this year. I have ordered several times over the past 25 years using the sporting goods store in Vermont that joined The Graphic Edge a few years ago. We have been satisfied many times but to be honest the last couple of orders, state champion jackets, and this year softball pants have not been to our satisfaction. Several jackets are already losing there lettering and the brand new softball pants had pockets that had holes in them. We are going to purchase more state championship jackets this year but some moms are talking about going with a different company due to the last few orders.
