Service has always been slow

Great company! I use them all the time..

I'm not sure 2 stars is appropriate, but my experience was inadequate.. I had artwork approved and it took 4 weeks after that to get the artwork to a flier and prices per piece. I had to reach out to the salesman several times over the 8 weeks rather than them contacting me. Outside of the initial contact it was only when I asked what was going on that he contacted me. Due to this I canceled the business transaction and went elsewhere with my nearly 600 clothing item order. I may try you again in the future due to IDOC having offenders work in for you and I want to support that, but will not use the same salesman who constantly had excuses rather than solutions.

The shirts I ordered my cheer team looked exactly how I designed them online. Even the colors were the same. I am definitely using the site again this upcoming season.

I received the items I ordered in a timely manner and they were high quality. Their design team took an idea and turned it into a t-shirt. I was pleased with their customer service.
