The Graphic Edge is fast, reliable and easy to work with. I like to buy locally whenever possible but the prices and flexibility offered with The Graphic Edge make that impossible at times.

I ordered about 15 sweatshirts from this company. I had to call them about 20 times throughout the whole process because they kept messing it up. I had to call about 10 times to make sure that everything was correct. When I recieved my sweatshirts almost half of them had the wrong sizes or wrong names/numbers. So I had to call another couple of times to let them know what was going on and to double check everything once again. Although some people I talked to were nice, most of them were very rude and not willing to help. The sweatshirts were a nice material, but when I designed the front of it, it came out as a different size I was not expecting. I wouldn't say to not order from this company, but definitely make sure they know what you want and how you want it.

The last two orders have had issues. For our first order, the heat from the screenprint went through the front of the t-shirt onto the back of the t-shirt. The company made good on that issue and replaced the order. On our second order the screenprint ink was very light on dark t-shirts, allowing the dark color to show through the white screenprint. The company replaced that order, but charged us again. I have been trying to either get the charges removed or get a call-tag to send back the bad order, but have not yet gotten any replies. After this issues, I'm not really sure I'll use this company again.

Customer service was very helpful and quick in response time! Our school ordered track uniforms and we were on a bit of a time crunch to get them and Graphic Edge made sure they got to us on time! We plan on using them again in the future.
