Product was great. My rep was great. I got a bill a few months after it was already paid for. Just a little frustrating.

Lots of options to choose from for clothing styles and brands. Many designs to choose from as well. Clothing is of good quality and lasts a long time. However, I had to contact the company the last couple years to get my order moving so I had it in time for my season. This year, clothing was put on the orders but then was out of stock when the order was done. Some items were replaced with different items that were in stock (different model of that item). This was a very confusing and time consuming situation. Also, once orders are made they can't be changed. To change the order it's a very difficult-have to cancel the whole order and reorder the items you would like. To add an item, you have to order the item and pay the full shipping price again.

Great system of communicating with graphic designers when customizing products. Also find that the selection of clothing items is extensive and the prices are easily better than their competition.

We have had the shirts, about 200 per year, for our track meet printed using Graphics Edge for at least a decade. They have used the same graphic (which I believe that they originally designed and it is really cool) year to year and only had to change the number on the design. I wanted something different for this years shirt so I gave them a school logo to work with. It took awhile for them to send the new graphic to me. When I got it, it was not very interesting and did not look like much effort had gone into it. It also did not help that the price was slightly higher than another company's. So, for now we have switched.
