The Glow FairyReviews of theglowfairy.com

I just received my product less than a week ago, so I don’t have much to say about it yet, other than it’s very silky on your skin, but the customer service I received after a problem with my original shipment was excellent!!

Outstanding customer service!! After one month, the product I ordered was never delivered. Amanda Taylor worked with me on tracking the package and ultimately found it was lost in shipping. She had a replacement sent that day, which I quickly received. Thank you, Amanda!!!

Your customer service is awesome!!! Had a small hiccup and I wasn't expecting how easy you made it for me... I am ordering other products!

I am always a little worried about ordering a product online. I must say that all of the products I have ordered have done over and above what I expected. The wrinkle erasers are amazing- after only one use, I could see a drastic result. The eye boosts also live up to the hype! I have the body glow wand, and it is great to put on your heels and elbow, along with other areas. The glow wand for lips really makes a difference. Above all, this business has the best customer service - of any that I have been involved with. I had a couple of orders that took a little long in getting to me, as is common in this chaos of finding a quick delivery service. They took care of everything, and got back to me the same day that I called or emailed them. I am going to order everything now! You will be thankful that you ordered (as you try this amazing product', and experience the very best customer service

I made a big mistake when placing my order. i reached out to customer service for help, but honestly I wasnt expecting it. Boy was I surprised when Jane Scott at customer service went above and beyond. I am looking forward to the product I ordered and hoping it is as good as their customer service.

I am loving the facial glow fairy stick and have now ordered another facial stick and the body glow fairy stick and cannot wait to use it. This truly does make my skin feel spectacular and moisturized and moisturized and I'm hoping to see awesome results!

Horrible shipping experience. Ordered 2 weeks ago and product is nowhere in sight. Then the company emails me asking me to please leave them a favorable review of their product. I’d love to - only I still haven’t received it. Seems like their “free shipping” option is deliberately ridiculously slow so that you’ll pay to ship on your next order. Buyer beware!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Amanda from Glow Fairy, she was able to handle my question with ease. Thank you for the great customer service.
