I had an issue with my order, I emailed support and they got back to me pretty quickly. Even after the issue was resolved one of Glow Fairy’s reps, Samantha followed up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. I haven’t received my products yet but I am please with the customer service thus far. I feel confident that if any issues arise once I receive my order, the customer service team is willing to assist in anyway they can.

I emailed about an order mishap and Lauryn emailed me straight back and sorted out my issue without hesitation. Her customer service is excellent and I will definitely be ordering again from this company partly due to the experience I have had with Lauryn and for the company's top rate customer service Thank you for your help Lauryn it was much appreciated.

Lauryn was very helpful in resolving my issue. This was done professionally and timely. I was impressed by the customer service offered.

I've never even recieved it. They claim delivery in 3-4 days, it has been 11 days and hasn't even shipped yet. So far seems like a sham of a company.

Placed an order of $35 plus $15 in shipping first class , in Greece. The package was sent standard (took over a month to arrive) , and the company declared that the cost of products were $100!! That made me pay 34€ to get my items.!! So double of what I was supposed to pay.!! I understand that duties are customers obligation but it should be on the real worth of what I paid. Had they stated that I paid $35 for products I would have paid 10€ in duties which is fair. The company replied that they declare the “real” worth of product , not what you pay after discount. Horrible experience,! Horrible Customer service As for the product itself , I think it’s just a balm ….

It’s garbage.. just a slimy balm. Not worth it; does nothing and company doesn’t stand behind their products (no returns) Save your $

I purchased the instant eye repair serum with the understanding that if I was unsatisfied I would be able to return the product. Their website says “risk free.” I expected to pay a return or restocking fee of some sort, but be able to return the product if it was ineffective, which it is. All it did was make my eyes tight with a white powdery effect which was not a good look. Upon contacting customer service they told me they do not refund at all, I was stuck with the crap product, but they would send me a different (ineffective) product to make up for it. I didn’t want anything else from their line, and bribing is not appreciated.

Ordered to be delivered in UK. Order value $76.00(shipment included), the company declared a value of $200 which is completely false, probably for insurance purpose in case the package geta lost. So far I had to pay £40.00 TAX/VAT, I’m a total out of pocket of £100 and still not have my parcel. Glow Fairy offered to refund half shipment cost, then after offered to refund full Shipment costs $16.95 which are 2/5 of the TAX/VAT I had to pay to not have my parcel So far. This company is a joke.
