I ordered 3 necklaces for my three daughters for Mother's Day. I received a package with 2 necklaces. They were both the round style but I did not receive the double heart one for my daughter with 4 children. I notified the company every Monday letting them know this was their 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc email and wanted someone to answer me where the other necklace was. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM OR RECEIVED THE most expensive necklace. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS OMPANY

Ordered from this company 3 weeks ago and have not received anything. There is not a number to call these POS. They won't answer my emails and the tracking number they gave me is invalid. I am going to contact the bank and have them get my money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid extra to have my item shipped before Christmas; they accepted the payment and then in the confirmation email they informed me that the order would be delayed -- and it only arrived last week. The quality of the necklace is so disappointing - you literally need a magnifying glass to read it. Honestly it is the worst piece of craftsmanship I have ever seen. I was so embarrassed to give it to my daughter. I had asked for my money to be refunded and they kept emailing me that please be patient, your order has shipped. So save yourself some grief and money and DO NOT order from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, PAYPAL WILL NOT PROTECT YOU The items I received were garbage and nothing like the quality this company advertises. I have just spent a month trying to get my money back from PayPal. DO NOT BE FOOLED, PayPal does NOT have your back. You are not protected from companies like this. Even though you by in good faith due to seeing the PayPal logo and assuming you are protected, PayPal will not reemburse you return shipping. It is a win-win situation for this company. If you don't decide to return the item as PayPal demands, with a tracking #, because it will cost as much as you have paid originally for the item in order to get your refund, Mr. Lin Yiting gets the $. If you accept his partial refund, Mr. Lin Yiting wins. If you do send the item back, you will loose most of your original cost, and Mr. Lin Yiting wins, as he now has the item back and is ready to send it off to the next unsuspecting buyer. PayPal will, if you call them often enough, offer to sign you up for their return shipping program, and this will get you $30 toward your return costs. To ship an item back to China from Canada, Canadapost charges $75.01 Expedited Int'l or $74.95 for Priority for a parcel 15x14x5cm. My original cost was $80.96. After arguing all this time with numerous PayPal agents, over numerous calls costing me hours of frustration, I demanded to talk to an agent, then a supervisor, and finally a senior manager. He was finally sympathetic to my argument and he credited me my full amount. This was from PAyPAl, not Mr. Lin Yiting's account, so he still won. PayPal responded to my request that this company be investigated and this will be a black mark against them, possibly leading to being dropped from using PayPal. I can only hope the manager is honest and this will finally happen.

I got this necklace, piece of garbage,, looks like it came from a gumball machine,, The stones in it look flat,, total waste of money,, Trash, asked for a refund the clasp was bent too, they offered to replace it , if I paid for the shipping both ways,, REALLY?? Then they said send it back they will give me 50 percent back,, Think it was from China,, dont waste your money or time,, GARBAGE JEWELRY.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!! I ordered a necklace 1st week of DEC hoping to get it by Christmas. Site states it will be shipped within 10 days when I ordered it. It is now JAN 31,2018 and still never received the necklace. I emailed multiple times and they do not respond. I am going to dispute on my credit card. I hope I save someone from headache and useless company.

I ordered and paid for 2 necklaces on Black Friday 2017. These necklaces were to be Christmas gifts for my daughters. I finally received them today. I am so disappointed in these necklaces. First the chains look like something out of a gum ball machine. Very cheap made. Second I had their names engraved and you need a magnifying glass to see the names. I will never order from this company again.

I placed my order mid November, 2 bracelets and 2 necklaces. I thought I would have them in time for christmas. I kept checking my order but it just said to be patient that they would contact me with shipping info, I emailed them several times and got no response. I paid through PayPal, so i contacted them and they sent the merchant an email. PayPal also said if I didn't receive my order Paypal would refund my money. I did finally get my order on Jan 12th. and it came from China. Quality of the bracelets are very cheap. Would not recommend this company!
