Both products that I purchased were absolutely perfect. At one point, I reached out to customer service to inquire about when my items would be shipped and they responded immediately. Fabulous service all the way around!

From the original order date to the day the shipment was received was over three weeks. This is very unacceptable since the order did not even ship until two and a half weeks after the original order date.
