Hi Gregory Weeks On behalf of Thegiftio, we want to sincerely apologize for the negative experience that you had with our customer service team. We understand that our team was not helpful in resolving your issue and didn’t provide the level of service that you’ve come to expect.
It seems that there was an error with the call system administration and our whole team is working hard to address the current issue. It’s not our usual standard and we understand how frustrated you must be. We are sorry you’ve had to spend so much time on this.
We reached out to you via your email address to discuss how we can make this right for you. Please continue that conversation to ensure your concerns are addressed. Again, we are sorry that our product and service didn’t meet your expectations. We hope that this hasn’t put you off to continue your business with us. If we can help in any way in the future, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.
 Sincerely,
