This is a scam. surprised that it is sponsored by visa. I bought a $150 gift card for an employee. they do not send any instructions on activation. he is unable to activate it. On Hold for support for one hour. i tried to cancel and they refuse to cancel the order. This is a Scam.

Never received gift card and 35 days in no one will tell me anything. I guess i have been ripped off and just need to move on minus my $30

Clunky, convoluted process to buy a gift card. Would quicker to buy a gift card in-person then deliver it by walking it to the recipient.

I loved how easy it was to customize and purchase a card. You could upload custom imagery and have it printed on a card, and have the card front saying different things - Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy Birthday - whatever... I even found a code to wave the purchasing fees... Now, the part that I absolutely HATED... Activating the cards was a pain in the rear end. I called the automated number and punched in the card numbers just fine, but since I had multiple cards when it came time for the automated system to ask me to PRESS _ to enter another card, the system errored out and wouldnt allow me to choose that as an option. I tried at least 3 times to do it this way. So, as a work-around, I just hung up the phone for each card and called back for activating each one......... Apparently this was a BAD thing to do... I guess they flagged my number as spam or something after the 10th call-in because when I call now to activate a card all I get is "We're sorry but the number you're calling from can not be serviced at this time. Goodbye." and just hangs up on me. I called customer service at another number and the foreign lady tells me, we're sorry that you're having this issue 40 times, and tells me, well you can also activate them on the website... yeah, like I didn't hear your phone system tell me that 10x already... TRIED IT!!!! Guess what happened??!!! It errored out too.... I punch in the card number, the expiration, and the security code... It then wants me to do a captcha window, which I perform (and yes, I did it correctly - I'm not a moron) and surprise surprise -- "A system error has occurred. Please try again later." every damn time. Tried it a handful of times on THREE DIFFERENT BROWSERS... All failed to proceed with activation. Definitely will NOT be using this company again. I have audio recording of the system blocking my number, and screenshots of the website erroring out for no reason, if anyone wants to see them. I'll even screenshare and let you watch, if it's someone from TGCS!

Pain in the neck to have to redeem on line and print out. Had to do 4X before it went through. Customer service tried to be helpful but figured out on my own. Hopefully I will be able to use because reading the reviews, the card is a Scam.

Scam. i bought 4 gift cards for my employee's and the gift cards were not received and my card was charged after it said processed. DO NOT USE.

I ordered a visa gift card and when I went to have my order processed, it said the order could not be processed and yet it still went through the processing stage on my debit card. It has been a week and they still haven't let my bank know the order hasn't been processed so I can get my money back. All I got was an email asking to finish the order but now I don't have the money to finish buying.
