I was scammed by them, they never sent the games I ordered.
Don't order there, it's a scam
Edit : and now look at this scam site trying to dox their “customers” with tracking number.
They are just trying to get X times the shipping cost without sending anything
Avoid like the plague

Hello,
Your order entered production on 9/18/2025 and was shipped to you on 9/23/2025. At that time, a shipping notification e-mail was sent to you with your tracking information (UPS Mail Innovations, tracking number 822085026704804773).
We reached out to you via e-mail on 3/19/2026 to let you know that your package had been returned to our facility, marked as unclaimed. As we explained, this generally means that the package had been held by your local postal service, pending payment of any import fees or taxes, and was not claimed during the holding period. (During checkout, we state "There may be import taxes and customs fees applied to your order by your country. Any taxes or customs fees will be due upon receipt of the package.")
We asked if you preferred to ship the package again, or dispose of the items. Per your request, we disposed of the items rather than shipping them again.

No returns
They don't do returns - even swapping one product for another when the wrong product was ordered due to misleading information on their website.
Response from The Game CrafterNov 25, 2025
There was no misleading information. You ordered a product that stated it contained poker-sized cards, and ordered bridge-sized card sleeves to go with it. These are two different card sizes, and information about the exact dimensions are available in multiple places on our site.
We state throughout the checkout process that all sales are final. You can also find this information in our Help section regarding refunds.
However, we actually made an exception for you and issued a refund to your credit card for the card sleeves that were purchased in the wrong size, as we clearly stated in the e-mail we sent two hours before you submitted this review, so I'm not sure how there can be an ongoing issue.

off center, would not reprint
although i provided perfectly centered images, all printed images were not centered, resulting in awkward uneven borders that pretty much ruins the two decks i ordered. pricier than most printers, this was certainly not worth it, as not a single one of the 160 cards i had printed was acceptable quality. when i reached out to the customer service they gaslit me saying cards were .5mm off center and that was within their stated measurements, i measured and the design was 3mm off center. they refused to reprint or offer any refund for misprinted decks. would not recommend or use again, might as well have just burned the 75 bucks.

Hello,
As we explained in our conversation with you, your design did not follow either the template or the design recommendations that are noted on our site. We went into detail with you about the necessary bleed required and why, as well as the minimum border width if you wished to include a border in your design (which is not something we generally recommend, as borders emphasize any small amount of drift). We encouraged you to review the template, tutorial videos, and information that are available on our site so that you could better understand how this issue occurred, and to revise your design so that future printings would have the appearance you're looking for. Unfortunately, with the current design, a reprint would have the same result. As we mentioned, drift happens to some degree in any type of printing, and it's important to account for this wherever you are having your products printed so that your products will come out well in print. Your order had 1/4 to 1/2 of the 1/8" drift tolerance noted on our site, but this very slight drift was emphasized due to the design of your cards.
Since you have refused to review the information or update your design, unfortunately, there is not much else we can do from our end. A small amount of drift can and will happen, and the design you create can either minimize this or emphasize it. We wish you the best of luck with your deck.

They pass the blame to you
This company refuses to take responsibility when they made an error. They cut my cards too close to the edge and claimed it was a "drift" issue, when clearly it was a poor cut job and no one checked them to make sure they turned out good. Now I am out a substantial amount of money and missed my deadline. I wouldn't trust this company to print anything.

When the customer contacted us regarding this complaint, we explained in detail that the images they uploaded to our site did not follow our templates (https://help.thegamecrafter.com/article/39-templates) or design recommendations (https://help.thegamecrafter.com/article/32-designer-tips). Because of this, any slight amount of drift (explained in even more detail at https://help.thegamecrafter.com/article/392-drift) is going to be much more noticeable.
Please note that we always recommend that customers/designers order one printed copy of their game and carefully review it for any errors, omissions, and any other adjustments that need to be made prior to placing a larger order. (This was the first time the customer ordered this game, and they placed an order for six copies.)
Our site clearly states that there can be up to 1/8" of variance on any printed product, due to printer drift and/or cutting/registration error. The photographs provided by the customer show approximately 1/32" to 1/16" of drift. However, this slight drift is emphasized by the fact that the customer used borders (which we specifically recommend against), and also did not follow the minimum border width recommendation that is noted on our templates.
We went over this information with the customer, who then replied with this (edited to remove profanity):
"I ordered 6 decks. ALL OF THEM ARE F***ED. Because someone there doesn't know how to use a g***mn cutter! I worked at a print shop for 20 years. I know about bleed, shift all of that. Where is your f***ing quality control. I have place so many orders from you and NEVER had an issue until now. But that's fine, if you won't let me send new art and get a reprint, I'll just take mu business elsewhere and I'll be sure to leave you a wonderful review with Google, Facebook and the BBB."
We once again reviewed the information, along with the specific updates that the customer will need to make to their images in order to minimize the appearance of any slight drift in future orders:
1. Make sure all important parts of your text and images are well within the blue dotted "Safe Zone" line so that they are not cut off in print.
2. We very strongly recommend removing the white border altogether and bleeding your background color all the way to the edges of the images. This is the number one thing you can do to help minimize the appearance of any small drift.
If you are going to use a border, please make sure you follow the minimum border size recommendation on the template. Note, however, that any border (even one that follows this recommendation) is going to emphasize drift.
We also reminded the customer that it's best to order one copy and review it before placing a larger order, for this reason.
In this case, the customer decided to not follow the specific recommendations offered in our templates and Help page, approved the images as they were displayed in the game editor on our site, and ordered multiple copies of a game that had never been ordered before. Because the issue reported by the customer was not anything outside the tolerances explained on our site, we did not offer a replacement. Moreover, until the customer's images are revised to follow the design recommendations on our site, future printings will continue to have the same issue.
This isn't an issue of blame, but rather, that it's very important to follow the design recommendations on our site. We specifically offer these design recommendations because, when they are not followed, items don't come out as well in print (as evidenced by this situation).

Missing the human side of businesses
So many things are wrong with this company recently. From missing components to lost coupon codes, nothing is going right. They refuse to include all components in one of their crowd sales, but include them in regular sales, large laminated playsheets are squared off instead of having nice rounded corners, and above all, coupon codes are lost when accidentally transferring your cart to a wish list. When checking out, the code was missing and when typing it in to actually use in the first place, it states I already used it. Support is just as worthless. They said it is there and called me an idiot, and will most likely tell me to take it up with the 'gifter' who gave out the codes. On top of the cheap components, they now want to raise prices. Be nice if there was a 'Drive Thru' system to print on demand (hint, hint!)
Response from The Game CrafterNov 8, 2022
When you contacted us regarding the issue with your coupon code, you stated the following:
"I had a code in my cart and it was accepted. I then left the checkout page to look at adding something else. When I wanted to check out again, I accidentally hit 'Add to Cart' and the coupon was gone. It now says I cannot use the coupon again. Is there a way to recover it?"
We directed you to the saved carts under your account, as this was the most likely solution given the information you had provided:
"Hello,
This coupon may be in a saved cart under your user account. You can find your saved carts at https://www.thegamecrafter.com/account/carts.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.
Thanks,"
You then sent this response, along with a "Not Good" support rating:
"There was nothing except the message, 'Whiskey Dangerous has already used this coupon.'
Since support was no help I am going to have to create antoher account to use it."
We replied with the following to obtain more information:
"Hello,
What was the coupon code that you were attempting to use? Rather than being angry at us, it would be helpful if you could provide us with more information so that we can better assist you. This is an unusual issue that has not come up before.
Thanks,"
You then responded with the following information:
"You told me to look somewhere I had already looked. I am not stupid.
The code was RWIFLEES6OFF
It was working prior to me being blind and clicking on the convert to wishlist button instead of the one right above it to checkout.
I didn't even log off or take a break. It went back into the cart and disappeared."
We immediately replied:
"Hello,
You did not mention in your first e-mail that you had converted your cart to a wishlist before you were unable to use the coupon. That's great information to have, as this is likely a bug that was previously undiscovered.
I'm opening a bug ticket so that our tech staff can look into this further, and will let you know when it has been resolved.
Thanks,"
Shortly thereafter, we provided you with the following solution to your issue:
"Hello,
We are going to work on fixing this bug. In the meantime, per our tech team, if you go into your Wishlists (https://www.thegamecrafter.com/account/wishlists) and delete the wishlist that you created in error, this should allow you to add the game to your cart and use the coupon.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.
Thanks,"
It does not appear that you have read or used this solution before posting your review here.
Regarding the other concerns you have noted:
1. It's unclear what you mean by "refuse to include all components in one of their crowd sales, but include them in regular sales." We have been unable to locate any previous help tickets from your e-mail address or user account regarding this issue.
2. We do not offer large laminated playsheets (or any laminated products), so you may be thinking of another company.
