I was hesitant to write this review because I was afraid of TFD getting too big and becoming unable to handle their client base. If you're familiar with online funding firms, you know that reaching support can take a few days. You're also likely familiar with the structure of their evaluations: resetting multiple times everyday and the rules of the evaluation are made to foment FOMO; passing an evaluation means you need to pass another timed test in a sim funded account where you are either penalized for taking a withdrawal or you can't take one unless you make a certain amount. TFD's support is responsive and I've had only positive experiences with different individuals. TFD doesn't have withdrawals from sim funded accounts, so you already know that it isn't against their interests for you to make money, and their plan is structured in a way that wants you to succeed. I am already getting returns from my purchase by way of their amazing journal system. The search is over for me, I've found my home.

These guys are top notch and while they don't splash social media with glitzy ads and such, they are the real deal! I had a platform issue and contact the customer support and within five minutes Dan came on and without hesitation or giving me the third degree, reset my account not penalizing me for a platform issue. These are the kind of people you want in your corner as you are trying to navigate and trade these volatile markets!
