I thought you all had a good thing going until you sold out to TST without letting us know in advance. No one cares for TST shenanigans. Later you had a CC issue where automatic renewal was not processing which led to all accounts terminated? According to you. Now you have a discount of more than the reset price for us to continue. Did you get that idea from TST?

I genuinely like the experience here and the idea of an individual assessment tailored to a personal risk profile. It’s a great concept. However, selling an assessment advertised with a $150 reset fee and then hiking that fee by over 50% (to $229) for traders in the middle of an ongoing assessment is, in my opinion, a very questionable practice. When I reached out, Support told me the company's risk model has changed and prices had to be adjusted. That’s a weak justification for unilaterally worsening an existing contract. If I told the firm that my risk model had changed and therefore my profit target should be lower, I’d rightfully be laughed at. Terms should be binding for both parties. You can change offers for new contracts however you like — traders can then decide to take it or leave it. But once an assessment is purchased and we've agreed on a contract, those terms should be honored. They should not be changed for the worse for the duration of that assessment.

Easily the most expensive futures prop firm in the entire industry and it's not even remotely close. They don't allow tradovate And they force you to ONLY base hits even of your profitable strategy is not scalping. If you have a losing day, you can't make up the entire loss plus the base hit the next day. So for every losing day you have, your eval is extended an extra 2 days. It's a black hole unless you're lucky enough to never have a single losing day thru the entire eval. It would be better if they simply had a consistency rule that allowed you larger profits so that if you have a losing day, you can make the entire loss back plus the base hit the next day

Live capital I live the fact that you actually put people into live accounts, only reason for 4 stars, website states should have brokerage within 72 hours, but with the recent influx on people moving live it seems to be a lot longer than that. I will say waiting to get the live account has opened up my mind to how I was rushing the process to get there. Now that I'm here, and after talking with the risk team and getting a better understanding of the way they do it, it makes total sense. Hopefully I don't blow it and continue to grow it but the fact that you put us into a live account with minimal risk is outstanding while also trying to help us as a trader grow Updated after being acquired by topstep my review has changed. Not that it's going to matter.

So far their infrastructure is really good and the support team is very helpful. I am not sure about their payouts as I didn’t pass the eval but the daily profit goal really made it difficult to pass if you trade with a strategy that most of the results come from your big succesful trades. Keep this in mind when signing up because it is a much more important issue then I first imagined. If you will change the rules regarding this daily profit I might give it another shot.
