I would have given a zero
I would have given a zero, had that been an option. After 2 weeks of dealing with Frozen Garden I have yet to receive a single properly frozen item. My delivery took a full week, by which time everything was completely rotten. I am still trying to get some kind of positive resolution orva re-ship on my order, but so far, all I'm getting is irritated. My honest advice at this point- RUN AWAY!!!

Hi Cheryl. I am sorry that you are upset. When you emailed us on Saturday that your package arrived unfrozen, we responded 7 minutes later informing you that the UPS tracking information said that there was a UPS train derailment that delayed your package. We let you know at that time that we would replace your order at no cost to you on Monday. We shipped your replacement order out on Monday and it’s scheduled to be delivered on time tomorrow. As we communicated via email, we are sorry for the inconvenience of the UPS train derailment but we are at the mercy of the carriers. But we always replace orders at no cost to the customer when something happens during transit.

Loving My Smoothies with Frozen Garden!
I've been ordering my frozen smoothies from Frozen Garden for over a year now and the quality is still the same from my very first order! I love the time that it saves me in the morning and love the variety of flavors they offer. Even have my mom and brother hooked on them now...it's truly a family favorite!
