Cashier with an attitude
I chose a large mum in which sign stated it was $12.99. The woman at the checkout was an elderly woman who had a huge chip in her shoulder. She told me it was $14.99. I said I didn’t want it. She was upset that she had to take it off my charge. I’ve been shopping at this store for 18 years with zero problems until recently. I went up speak to the check out manager about something I had bought. The mum was in my cart. I left the store and went outside up put it back. Saw the $12.999 sign plain as day. The checkout woman followed me out and said plant and pointed to the outside shelve. I asked her if she was accusing me of stealing because I’m right in front of all these mums and was planning to put it back. I pointed out the sign to her. She stomped off and I started thinking she’s accusing me of stealing. I lost it. Went inside and told the manager that this woman accused me of stealing . She’s a cashier. Why follow me out of the store?? What a horrible experience with this store in Baltimore. I plan to take this up with the general manager because the manager who runs the cashier was pathetic in her response to me.
