Quick painless ordering and service. Product works great.

Great experience! Product is well worth the money and they even promptly replaced the cracked part I received! Would 100% recommend to any friend.

Delivery time and it clogs, hard to clean. The coil is angle so that you can't get a brush in to clean the residue out of it.

Fast service. Great packaging. Pipe breathes fantastically. Doesn't stay frozen long enough, although it's still very cold for a bit. Even so, I love the pipe. Use it everyday. When it's cold, the hits are great, with no coughs.

Nothing on freezepipe but shipping to Canada was horrible. About a month after deliver Fedex sends me $115 bill for shipping i'm assuming due to customs don't know i'm not paying they can come back and pick up the bong and send it back to you guys before I pay that outrageous b/s. I would not have even considered ordering if I knew it was going to be that bad. However I'm enjoying the bong its nice and cool.

Had a pipe fail and Freeze pipe sent me a new one free of cost! Great company with great ethics and great products!

Smooth cool hits but now I cough cus the hits r to big lol don't stay cold very long
