YOU CAN'T CLEAN THESE!!! AVOID THESE PRODUCTS. Once you get a small item lodged in the tube, it becomes an expensive piece of trash, because you literally can't use it. I have asked them to send me a full refund, and we will see. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PRODUCTS.

Received products one of them was missing items. It’s a Christmas gift and customer service will not respond. They ask for emails. They don’t respond except for automated response. I’ve set up multiple schedule callbacks. I’ve never received a call back and they never pick up the phone.

I was frustrated that I responded to an offer for a cyber Monday discount that was extended one day. I was charged the full price and I’ve asked the company to contact me. I hope this can get resolved and I can leave a more positive review. Thank you

I seen the product on the internet. Thought no way.. well I decided to try it and treat myself to the bong pro Welll f..k if I don't have the bubbler for travel. The pro and now the ash pro is on order. My buddy has it and loves me for suggesting it!! Great product!
