The customer service is wonderful
The customer service is wonderful. I am not thrilled with the glasses. The glasses were way to big and just don't look great.

The glasses are so pretty. They have high quality glasses that fit perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone. They came so fast too. Get a pr and try them ❤️

I absolutely loved the try before you…
I absolutely loved the try before you buy option and the pair that I chose I love them and have gotten so many compliments on them and the prices are wonderful better than getting a pair of glasses from the eye dr can't go wrong trying out THE FRAMERY

I love my new glasses
I love my new glasses. The Framery made it so easy to upload my prescription and pick out lenses. They arrived faster than originally predicted and were a perfect fit!

The Truth
Unfortunately, I did not receive my glasses. Not a company error but a carrier error. However, they handled it with great grace and offered to fix it. The company seems wonderful and I can’t wait to actually try them again.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
The customer service was prompt,efficient, and very understanding with trouble i was experiencing with the shipping return label. I like how quickly they would respond via text which made it feel more personable and that I wasn't just another number.
