We love your try on at home option. I got my daughter one pair and they were too small. Returning the pair was easy. She was able to find a pair that now fits perfectly.

The Framery has been so incredible to work with, their customer service is excellent, even if you need to return/exchange frames. I have been trying to find the right pair of new glasses and everyone I have talked to has been so kind and helpful. They also create and fulfill order very quickly! I haven't had to wait as long for my glasses as I have with other eye care providers. I will definitely be using them from now on!

I had never ordered glasses online before! But these actually fit and look better than the ones I get from an expensive place! Love them!

Hello, I have ordered contact lenses and glasses from you guys on more than one occasion. I have been happy with all of my contact lens orders but not the glasses. I recently ordered a pair of glasses and then upgraded to a better lens. Those never arrived. I did receive the first pair which are not my size, not the matte frames I ordered, and I don’t think have the upgraded lenses. I asked for a refund for the wrong pair and received it but I never received the other upgraded ones and have since got an updated prescription from an optometrist. I am sending the glasses back and am requesting a refund. I plan to continue to order contact lenses with my updated prescription. Thank you in advance. Darlene

We appreciate you taking the time to share your recent experience with us, Darlene. We understand your frustration regarding the issues with your glasses order, especially after being satisfied with your contact lens purchases. We acknowledge that the initial pair of glasses you received was not as ordered, I know your second order was canceled. We can confirm that the high index lenses were added, but a different frame may work better for them. We can exchange for that with our guarantee and would love to help you out with that if you reach out to a customer service teams to get that to you.

Wonderful experience ordering glasses from The Framery. Customer service was exceptional, the ordering process was easy and the selection of frames was outstanding. My glasses arrived quickly and everything was accurate with the fit being perfect for me. My prescription includes progressive lenses and the placement was spot on. I will definitely be ordering again.
