About The Fragrance Shop

The Fragrance Shop has every important designer fragrance in pure perfume oils without alcohol or fillers of any kind! Over the past two decades, we have provided millions of dollars of the the most carefully crafted Perfume Oils to a world-wide clientele, many of whom, year after year, prefer our fragrances to Designer originals. If your favorite fragrance is no longer available, or if you want something special and uniquely yours, our Fragrance team with over Forty years of combined experience in custom blending can create or recreate your own signature fragrance! These master fragrance professionals also regularly create unique, premium quality, signature fragrances for discriminating customers. (Records are kept of every blend so these can be refilled for returning customers, even years later). Because The Fragrance Shop fragrances are in pure form without alcohol or fillers, you can expect a richer aroma than commercial forms and – one of the great benefits of using pure perfume – just a drop or two is all you'll need to retain your full, rich fragrance hour after hour – even all day for many people! At the same time, many who thought they were allergic to perfume find they can wear The Fragrance Shop oils without itching or sneezing, or red and puffy eyes – allergic side affects most likely caused by alcohol and other fillers rather than the oils themselves. Another Fragrance Shop advantage: Because all of our fragrances are custom blended, most out-of-production Designer fragrances are still available here, or can be duplicated for you long after being phased out by the original Designer.

This site is a total scam
This site is a total scam! There is no telling how many people they have bilked money out of! Surprise surprise fools! You have messed with the wrong one this time! Watch for what is coming! I will have the FBI involved with this one as it constitutes international and national wire fraud! I have already put works in place to shut them down on Shopify. I know they bank in Leander Texas and I am going to sieze that account as well. They better sleep with one eye open for the Feds are coming! If anyone has made a purchase with these jerks, call your bank immediately and file a dispute! They are a fraud and nothing more! Beware for I am just getting started. Watch what happens next!

Wrong site! You have never made a purchase from the family-owned, U.S. based The Fragrance Shop. We have great products and Golden Rule service. TrustPilot is careless about misaddressed complaints. Please, if possible, delete your complaint to help us keep our record spotless.. We doubt they will care, but you should address your complaint to thefrangranceshop.co.uk of Manchester, England. We have received boat-loads of unhappy customer complaints intended for them.

I’m shocked at the negative reviews
I’m shocked at the negative reviews. I’ve been shopping at the fragrance shop for over a year and the quality of their products as well as their customer service has always been impeccable. I purchase dupes of my favorite fragrances here and always will. Every fragrance I have ordered has been spot on and communication via their chat feature is perfect. As I read the reviews, maybe I’m referring to a different store, but the link goes to the store I regularly shop at. I also see comments about the owner Sanjay (sp?) but the store I frequent is in North Carolina.

Pamela, thank you for your kind words. We are a family business. For us, every sale is personal. Over the years, we've received dozens and dozens of complaints actually intended for thefragranceshop.co.uk, run by a British company based in Manchester, England.

Don't order from Fragrance Shop
I ordered from them 3 weeks ago. My order was $96. They sent me a notification about something wrong with payment and I would have to cancel order and then resubmit it. I did! When I reorder the same thing price went up to $120. Oh also paid for express delivery. A week went by I checked my bank account and they took both payments out. Now 2 weeks later website says order pending. You can't call only Email them and they don't reply

The website held my order & I never got the Deals
The website held my order & the great deals I had were out of stock by the time they said I could order again, why not hold my items???. Terrible customer service, I will never use the worst online fragrance website (in my opinion) again. A reply 4 years later??? Is this a joke? Trustpilot only allows proven sales feedback. 4 years ago, and now they answer. Tell all about their customer service!!!
