If your favorite fragrance is no longer available, or if you want something special and uniquely yours, our Fragrance team with over Forty years of combined experience in custom blending can create or recreate your own signature fragrance! These master fragrance professionals also regularly create unique, premium quality, signature fragrances for discriminating customers. (Records are kept of every blend so these can be refilled for returning customers, even years later). Because The Fragrance Shop fragrances are in pure form without alcohol or fillers, you can expect a richer aroma than commercial forms and – one of the great benefits of using pure perfume – just a drop or two is all you'll need to retain your full, rich fragrance hour after hour – even all day for many people! At the same time, many who thought they were allergic to perfume find they can wear The Fragrance Shop oils without itching or sneezing, or red and puffy eyes – allergic side affects most likely caused by alcohol and other fillers rather than the oils themselves. Another Fragrance Shop advantage: Because all of our fragrances are custom blended, most out-of-production Designer fragrances are still available here, or can be duplicated for you long after being phased out by the original Designer.

Dear The Fragrance Shop Customer…

Dear The Fragrance Shop Customer Service, I am very disappointed with what has happened with my order. I specifically paid for your 24-hour Click & Collect service because I ordered these products for my wife. Unfortunately, the parcel has now been returned to the sender. Royal Mail tracking shows: Tracking number: HW008604064GB Status: Returned to Sender – “Recipient refused” Date: 13 September 2026 I want to make it very clear that my wife did not refuse the parcel. We were expecting the order and wanted to collect it. This has happened to me more than once with orders from The Fragrance Shop, and I am extremely disappointed because I paid for the delivery service specifically so I could receive the order. I do NOT want a refund. I would like you to resend my original order at no additional cost, preferably using a different Click & Collect location or delivery method so that this does not happen again. If you are unable to resend the original products, then I would like a gift card/store credit for the full amount I paid, including the delivery charge, so I can purchase the products again for my wife. Please investigate why Royal Mail has incorrectly recorded the parcel as “recipient refused” and provide me with a proper explanation. I have attached the Royal Mail tracking screenshot as evidence. I would appreciate this being treated as a formal complaint and resolved as soon as possible
