I'll be totally honest about my review. I was having a busy morning. On my list of things to do was to order a sweater for my granddog. I got on the Foggy Dog website to place the order and upon check out several ads popped up offering discounts for toys. It annoyed me to have to opt out of the discounted items, I just wanted to order the sweater and move on to my "to do list", however, I accidentally hit a button that added one of the toys to my order. I was unable to remove it from my cart(probably because I was too annoyed to figure it out). Anyway, I emailed customer service and complained about having to pay for an item I didn't want, and then anticipating having to pay shipping to return it. Subsequently I received an email from the Foggy Dog letting me know that I could keep the toy, and they would refund the charge. I was genuinely taken aback by their customer service.(I felt terrible for being so impatient with the check out process) In today's business world it is rare to find a company that will offer what The Foggy Dog offered. I will continue to make purchases for my granddog at The Foggy Dog. They have amazing quality, gorgeous designs and a beautiful website. Thank you The Foggy Dog for being a business that cares about their customers!

I have bought my doodle and frenchie sweaters from them a few times. The sizing is perfect. The quality phenomenal. Well worth the money and oh so cute.
