Jake has been a phenomenal mentor from the very beginning! Any questions we have for him are met with very thorough, honest, and real-time answers. His team has also been very helpful and just genuinely kind. We are truly enjoying the program and appreciate the connections and resources it has brought us. It was definitely a wise investment in ourselves and our future and we're grateful that we joined the program when we did. We have learned so much already and it really has inspired and prepared us to do more with our goals and future than we ever imagined we'd have the time or skills for! Thank you Jake!

One thing I like about flip secrets is the respect & generosity everyone has for one another. The community is well connected and committed to getting work done, from gap funders to hard money lenders. All have been very responsive & helpful in fair time frame. I haven't been in the telegram lately... but the discord channel can help you sort out contacts in finding what you need to complete a fix & flip successfully. All the videos jake has put together for this course is very effective and informative. he's not afraid to be himself or answer any questions you may have for him threw Instagram DM. If your just getting started in the flipping world or have done a few or even more than a few, I still recommend getting involved in the flip community as it can help you scale what you're already doing or even give you access to more Resouces that you can capitalize on. The access is priceless. I'd like to thank jake for the opportunity and knowledge received since purchasing this course.

Awesome program! Tells you everything you’d wanna know about flipping and does it in a clear cut to the point way! The things I learned from this are invaluable!

This course is gold! I had no previous knowledge of house flipping, or real estate and this course helped me every step of the way. Gave me all the confidence (knowledge) I needed to get going. Jake is a great mentor and teacher, he is rooting for you!

The best mentorship program to have by your side till you die. One of my favorites is that I have access to tons of unlimited recourses. Flip secrets 4life.

I learned a lot from the program. One of the most valuable things is the Network inside the Flip Family people inside with different backgrounds bringing value and contributing with your education. Everybody helps each other in this community. Also the Coaching 1:1 with Jake is quite helpful to understand flipping process from A to Z.

The instruction, delivery, information, and resources were above reproach. I am extremely grateful; worth every cent!

Solid course that gives you the fundamentals to start flipping homes!
