Jake takes the time to personally coach his students one-on-one as well as in a group forum. He really stays involved in the day to day communication in the network he's built. The modules are detailed, easy to understand, and have homework so that you're getting a deep dive into the right way to do flips. His energy is contagious and he's a highly motivating coach. I recommend the program to anyone interested in doing flips the right way!

The Customer service and interactive options are 1 of 1. Personal access to Jake is the best. You can get as intimate as needed to fully understand things that may be difficult put together. He also responds quick and walks you step by step thru your questions.

From the beginning I knew I would love this program. I starting watching videos about the program and about the Flip Family and thought this us what I need. As soon as I reached out that I was interested in the program, I was in contact with a Flip Family member. The course is laid perfect to understand and to follow along with. Before Flip Secrets I knew very little about real estate investing. I had seen the shows on tv and thought you had to have a lot of money to get into it. Then I saw Jake's informative lessons on Instagram. His OPM strategy of using Other People's Money to invest in homes is exactly as he says it is, and he shows you where to get the money. Some courses are full of vague ideas and knowledge. Jake's isn't one of them. He has been actively flipping homes for more than 10 years and is still actively flipping. He shares his lenders, his contacts and exactly how to get more. The course is 30 days of lessons that teach what to look for in a property, how to find realtors, contractors and lenders, as well as strategies to exit the property after rehab. Recently with market changes he added to the course to teach alternate strategies to hold properties as rentals as well. The course is amazing, but it's not the best part. The best part is the community, our Flip Fam. The Flip Fam is made up of students who have taken the Flip Secrets course, which includes flippers, lenders and realtors. Coaching opportunities are endless. There is always a coach to call with questions, and at the time I'm writing this, we have 3 live coaching calls per week where all questions are answered live and in person. This isn't a course where you pay for 30 days and no one ever talks to you again. The group is looking not only for their own success but also to help others succeed. With zero prior knowledge, I took the course in May, bought my first property in September, and sold it in January, netting a profit of nearly double what I paid for the course and mentorship. I never could have done it without the teachings and guidance of Jake and the Flip Fam.

He showed how to work the properties from start to finish. Just wish there was a way to meet in person and have more of a hands on learning but I eventually learned on my own through the videos.
