Where do I begin! Being a part of the Flip Secrets Family is amazing. When I started the course, I was nervous BUT I soon found out there was no need to be. The program and information provided within the program was extremely detailed. There were a few times I reached out to ask a few questions and Jake's response was QUICK and yes, it was Jake who replied so you're getting the information from the goat himself. The course was easy to comprehend and had lots of humor in. I can honestly say that the natural humor and live bloopers were my favorite part. Education and knowledge is amazing but laughter is as well. I walked away from the program feeling as though I had everything I needed to be successful in flipping houses and evaluating markets. The biggest hurdle is getting the information. After that, action is the key and with this program, you'll have what you need to take action!

The Flip Secrets program has been a phenomenal experience. The program fully arms you with the information you will need to immediately begin successfully flipping houses. Jake is always responsive to questions and has a special way of saying just what needs to be heard, when it needs to be heard. In addition, his support team is also phenomenal. They are all responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely want to help all members succeed. This program is the real deal!

In depth and great content. Well worth the cost. Jake has mastered his craft and breaks it down so you can understand. He offers great support and in a timely manner.

The in depth content and in house networking group that Jake has put together and is like a mini economy is fantastic.

I always appreciate an honest review so I will give one when I can. I invested in this program about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, I have not completed the material (about half way through). This is the reason for the 4 stars opposed to 5. BUT - Jake and his team have been great and the information is clear/easy to follow. The best part IMO is the ability to email Jake and receive a video response directly from him answering any questions. Also the community you become a part of is priceless. Good luck!
