Jumping into Flip Secrets was the smartest decision that I've made this decade, family excluded :) . I have experienced much of the subject matter over the last 30 years, buying and selling properties for myself... Not for money so much, but often out of necessity. The single most impactful lesson instilled in me was, "Don't let sticker-shock" affect your momentum. I've always been a budget property buyer my whole life, but after using Jake's methods and calculator, Homes to me were simply a game of how much I can net and not so much the asking price. If the numbers make sense, Do it! Fortunately, my ace-in-the -hole, has been the ability to move fast. Not only deciding to buy, but being able to close rapidly (make that funding connection) has made the difference between someone, selling me a home and turning down another buyer, offering 50k more. I am finding so many properties, that I have to slow down and finish the flips that I already have. To date, after beginning the program, I have 2-rehabs and two offers accepted. In addition, the quantity of prospects out there is overwhelming and for now, I only choose properties that I can make at least 100k on. I'm not boasting, just very excited. Ultimately, I still need to sell them, but that's where good buying provides a little safety net. My first turn around will be on the market in a couple weeks. I love this program, it has helped me so much in becoming more confident and aware. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants it, to this program, the help is always there when you need it no matter the time or day, and it is very easy to understand and learn and all you have to do is apply it. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

This group is not a scam in any way, so put that out of your mind. They have built a solid community of motivated and knowledgeable coaches who are invested in your success. The master class is fantastic and full of lots of great information and everyone of the coaches references the same terms and info taught in the class.

Absolutely horrible company. Not only will they bombard you with phone calls after you download their "Free" calculator and then they will have their "vetters" soften you up with gap selling techniques to flesh out your "goals and aspirations" so you feel the pressure to realize that this is what you need to succeed and other tactics to hook you into something you can learn for free on your own. Never ever ever pay for this nonsense. You have been warned. Scam city folks.

Usually, or so it’s been my experience, when one purchases a master class, it’s SUPER expensive and the help is minimal. Flip Secrets is a fraction of the price and your success depends on you and your obedience. The information is given, your only task is to implement what’s given, exact as it’s given and you will be successful. Thank you Jake and team!! You’re the best!! Me and my wife joined Flip Secrets as a couple’s team in late January of this year, and we absolute love it. We’ve learned a lot of different ways to flip in such short time. This is not one of those master classes you might find in other places; buy/sign up and don’t hear from anyone. With Flip Secrets you receive weekly check in calls to see how’s everything going, and you’re inside of a private chat with lots of people from all over, with 24/7 interactions going on. The classes/trainings is at your own pace which is one of the best things about it, especially for those who are 9-5ers.
