The personal contact makes it better! I took just as much from my accountability phone calls as I did from the lessons. I love the amount of info, and that the apply in practical application, as, like so many, I am a "learn by example" type of person. The chance to continually review lessons as they begin to apply in the course of making the deals is truly priceless!

This journey has been both thrilling and fulfilling. Within just three weeks of starting the course, I secured my first property for flipping. Now, in week six, I’m on the verge of closing the deal. My mentor Julia has been instrumental, and our weekly meetings have been valuable to the daily video learnings. Being part of a supportive community with access to vast resources has been a game-changer. While the current mentor program is 6 weeks, extending mentor access to six months would enhance the program, however the Flip Fam community remains a strong support system for any and all needs even after the 6 week period. This investment in myself and my family has truly paid off. Thank you to Julia, Jake, and the entire Flip Fam team!

I've been in the Flip Secrets Family for about a month now. So far so good. Jake breaks things down so simply. I've learned so much. Now, I'm putting all I've learned into practice and trying to close on my first deal.

The discord is extremely supportive. The training is very detailed. Literally an A-Z on how to flip houses.

This program was everything I needed to get the ball rolling! My coach is amazing! It’s almost like growing up in a household and you have family members that are there, teaching you and help you with life along the way. This program is like having a family of investors who are able to just guide you down the right direction. Of course you make your own choices and you have to make good ones for yourself but when you come from a good family, sometimes you come out a better.

The mentorship and coaching that I've received with this program was long desired. Jake's videos are easy to follow, and gives clear goals and objectives. The flip fam is amazing with much needed resources for any level of investors. Higley recommend, and great full I came across this program!

This program i believe can be life-changing for anyone who is brave enough to just try. I know that there are many times I have been terrified however my coach,who was awesome by the way, gave me encouragement and helpful information to get me through it!!! If I had to say anything constructive it would be that I would have liked to have been able to have more personal access to the man who created the program,Jake, but I know he must be busy and to have one on one contact with the many people in this program would probably be impossible. However if he ever has one of the zoom calls which you can be part of for your entire career if you want. I'll be sure to jump on!!!! The only advice I can give future family members would be: put your big girl panties on and go to work,because your only going to get out what you put in.
