Jake and the whole program and staff are great . If you want to make things happen for yourself you also have to put the work in. The Program gives you a step by step of how to flip your deals

This has been a great community of aspiring investors, coaches, lenders and subject matter experts where we learn from each other daily. Flip Secrets has been fast-tracking my understanding on how to find and analyze the right deals, how to fund them, how to make offers, find contractors, and exit strategies you can implement. There's a wealth of information that's readily accessible where it would have taken me more time to learn if I was doing this on my own.

I've become professionally interested in the real estate market Taking classes and courses and seminars for about two years and this was the best training I have ever experienced. I could never keep up with the terms numbers the reasons and I would consider myself a pretty expert student! LOL And I finally now get it it all makes sense and is clear thank you so much ! The complete expertise clarity and knowledge that is shared in a very easy to follow along with style and wonderful personality I learned more in this training than I had ever learned and my understanding is so much better and clearer now I'm so grateful thank you so much! I had to write a review, which I do not usually do!! When I dive in and begin the next step of my journey I will definitely want this team to be a part of my team and I know it will be successful!! I also very much enjoyed the follow-up call in conversation friendly no pressure experience! Thank you for the amazing gift and love the calculator can't wait to get to making money together with it EVERY ASPECT....EXCEPTIONAL!!

This program is AWESOME!!! The coaches are really nice. What i really like is the little community we have in discord and also all the good information you get everyday.

Flip Secrets training is very engaging, systematic and detailed. Jake uses his personal experience and basically keeps concepts simple and makes it easy to grasp. There is actually a lot of material on discord and a lively community who are very helpful. I’ve attended a few of the live group coaching calls. My personal coach is Sam, she is wonderful, very honest, knowledgeable and supportive. I’m confident and motivated so far!

Its amazing ! 🤩 I was hunting for the perfect program on how to flip houses and they are thousands out there with expensive ads,and really expensive programs , but the way that Jake has presented himself on his social media and simple Ads , focusing not on flashing amounts of money , high life style, cars or possesions . Instead presenting himself as a humble , well educated man, experienced and projecting a simple but secure way to do this business. This made me look in to it further…. wow ! What an amazing team ! What an amazing group of coaches specially Sam Jones who has gone far and beyond to answer any questions that I had, very detailed training, at your pace on your time and a very awesome Team , reachable and always willing to help and see others succeed! Finished the course in less than 30 days , started following everything i learned and coaches advices , one week out set my mind with my coach Sam Jones to get out there 7 offers, by the third offer , I got my first one accepted that will make every cent worth and a 10000% more ! Love the flip Family , Love the way that Jake structured the education , resources and tools to help any body , Yes ANYBODY to suceed ! Take your fear out of the way because is the only thing between you and a life changing experience that applied correctly, will set you for life , thanks Jake, thanks Sam and honored to be part of the flip family ! You guys made a life chnging event that will last forever !

Working with the vast network of experienced professionals in real estate investing. Utilizing their experience to move you forward faster, reducing the time it takes to succeed!

I have signed up for 2 programs before signing up for Jake’s Flip Family. I invested 14k in two other programs and neither compare to what I’ve experienced being a part of the Flip Family. The Master classes are very easily understood due to the way Jake breaks it down. The coaches are great mentors & do a good job holding you accountable to what you signed up for. The Flip Family also has family meetings 4 times a week. The meetings are an excellent platform for continuous learning and a great way to get any questions you may have along the way. I can’t speak highly enough about how Jake & Team have set up a fail proof system to ensure every students success. There is no way you will lose when you become a part of the family!
